Toyota Prado 150 Bull Bar
Ultrasonic parking sensors relocated into the bullbar
The camera is relocated into the bullbar - Full Visibility
Safety Systems Integration
Modern vehicles rely heavily on advanced driver-assistance systems, including ultrasonic parking sensors and forward cameras. The SLX Recon bullbar is engineered so these factory safety features continue to function exactly as intended after installation.
The SLX RECON Bullbar is designed to maximise lighting capability while maintaining full road compliance.
The bar incorporates four 30w auxiliary cube LED lights as part of the integrated lighting system.
Two of the supplied lights connect directly to the vehicle’s existing factory fog light circuit, ensuring seamless integration with the original controls.
The remaining two lights connect to the included plug-and-play wiring harness, allowing additional lighting performance while keeping the installation fully road legal.
Each LED unit also includes a dual-function capability, allowing them to operate as:
Fog lights
Indicators / turn signals
This provides additional visibility and functionality while maintaining a clean and integrated front-end design.
The lighting system is engineered to complement the 31.5" 6150-lumen LED bar, this provides up to 600 metres of forward lighting,
creating a complete lighting solution for touring, off-road driving and everyday use.
Additionally laser cut outs are included ontop of the bullbar surface for additional 7 or 9 inch spotlights

Prado 150 Protection Platform
Built for Australian touring, regional travel and off-road use, the SLX Recon assembly gives the Prado 150 a vehicle-specific steel front structure rather than a generic accessory shell. Selection of a Toyota Prado 150 bullbar should account for the factory camera, ultrasonic parking sensors, cooling demand, recovery equipment and intended lighting package. Model identification comes first.
Safety System Interface
Across the front assembly, the forward camera and parking sensors require fixed relocation points after original bumper components are removed. Recon integrates those positions into the bar design, reducing improvised bracket work and giving installers a defined basis for final visibility and sensor checks. Correct operation still depends on disciplined fitment.
Structural Specification
High-strength SS400 steel forms the load-bearing assembly, supported by CNC laser cutting, robotic welding and computer-controlled press-brake forming. Surface preparation passes through a 12-stage acid dip and chemical process before primer and matt powder coating, while production controls include salt-spray exposure, structural bending and load testing.

Lighting Capacity
Four 30W auxiliary cube lights are supplied within the integrated lighting package. Two connect to the factory fog-light circuit, while the remaining pair operates through the included wiring harness. Each unit can support fog-light or indicator duties. Provision also exists for a 31.5-inch LED bar and additional seven-inch or nine-inch spotlights, giving the Toyota Prado 150 bullbar a controlled expansion path for touring and remote-area use.
Installation Accountability
Before supply, we confirm the nominated Prado 150 application and the accessories planned for the vehicle. Installation should close with checks covering bracket alignment, fastener security, camera visibility, sensor response, cable protection and surrounding clearance. Owners choosing a Toyota Prado 150 bullbar should account for winch mass, recovery points, lighting equipment and front-axle load as one complete fitment package.
