KIA Tasman Steel Bull Bar XLINE & X PRO ONLY
Ultrasonic parking sensors relocated into the bullbar
The camera is relocated into the bullbar - Full Visibility
Safety Systems Integration
Modern vehicles rely heavily on advanced driver-assistance systems, including ultrasonic parking sensors and forward cameras. The SLX Recon bullbar is engineered so these factory safety features continue to function exactly as intended after installation.
Integrated LED Lighting System – Kia Tasman SLX RECON Bullbar
The SLX RECON Bullbar for the Kia Tasman is designed to maximise lighting performance while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance and full Australian road compliance.
The bullbar features four integrated 30W LED cube lights as standard. Two lights connect directly to the vehicle's factory fog light circuit, retaining OEM functionality and controls, while the remaining two operate via the supplied plug-and-play wiring harness for additional lighting performance.
Each LED unit features dual-function capability and can operate as:
LED Fog Lights
LED Indicators / Turn Signals
This provides improved visibility and safety while maintaining the sleek, low-profile design of the SLX RECON Bullbar.
The lighting system is designed to complement a 31.5-inch LED light bar, delivering powerful forward illumination for touring, off-road adventures, rural driving and everyday use.
For customers wanting even more lighting output, the bullbar includes laser-cut spotlight mounting provisions on the upper surface, allowing fitment of additional 7-inch or 9-inch driving lights.
Combining premium styling, integrated lighting and rugged protection, the SLX RECON Bullbar for the Kia Tasman is the ultimate upgrade for owners looking to enhance their vehicle's capability both on and off the road.

Kia Tasman Protection Platform
Specified for Kia Tasman X-Line and X-Pro variants, the SLX Recon assembly is built around the vehicle’s factory camera, ultrasonic parking sensors, cooling requirements and planned recovery equipment. Buyers comparing a Kia bull bar should confirm the exact grade before supply, because the product is not presented as a universal Tasman fitment. The operating brief is direct. Strong frontal protection must coexist with the vehicle systems used during daily driving, touring and regional work.
Safety System Integration
Within the factory front-end package, the forward camera and parking sensors are relocated into defined positions inside the bar. Correct placement matters because visibility, sensor response and surrounding clearance depend on disciplined workshop execution rather than improvised mounting. For owners assessing Tasman bullbars, that interface should carry equal weight with appearance and steel thickness.
Structural Controls
High-strength SS400 steel forms the primary structure, supported by CNC laser cutting, robotic welding and computer-controlled press-brake forming. Surface preparation passes through a 12-stage acid dip and chemical process before primer and matt powder coating, while stated production checks include salt-spray exposure, structural bending and load testing.

Lighting Package
Four 30W LED cube lights are included as standard. Two connect to the factory fog-light circuit, while the remaining pair operates through the supplied wiring harness. Each unit can function as a fog light or indicator, and the Kia bull bar also includes provision for a 31.5-inch light bar plus seven-inch or nine-inch driving lights.
Fitment Accountability
Professional installation should close with checks covering bracket alignment, fastener security, camera visibility, sensor response, wiring protection and component clearance. Before supply, we confirm the nominated Tasman grade and accessory schedule so the selected Tasman bullbars configuration corresponds with the recorded vehicle. That verification is not optional.
